Andra gången vi hyrde denna lägenhet. Nära till busshållsplats med många anknytningar. Stranden runt hörnet och trevligt att titta på båtarna i hamnen. Strandpromenaden är något alldeles extra, med alla barer resturanger och butiker.

A very clean, modern and comfortable apartment with a lovely balcony view over the harbour. The apartment has two good sized bedrooms and a clean and modern bathroom which all look just like the photos. It’s in a great location with a very short walk to Las Canteras beach and a good sized supermarket plus many bars and restaurants. The apartment was very peaceful in the evenings and we felt really relaxed and at home there. The hosts were brilliant at communicating and check in/out was very easy. I would definitely not hesitate to stay here again when in Las Palmas.

We had a wonderful family stay at this lovely accommodation in Las Palmas. The apartment was spotless, well-appointed, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the beach and with excellent public transport links right on the doorstep.One of the highlights was the stunning view, which made every morning feel like a holiday postcard. The children and I were able to walk almost everywhere, and on the few occasions we needed transport, the buses were incredibly convenient, stopping right in front of the property.This stay exceeded our expectations in every way. It was convenient, comfortable, and truly made our trip memorable. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Las Palmas.

El apartamento está genial, con unas vistas preciosas al puerto; encuentras todos los servicios en la misma calle, el mercado justo en frente; supermercados, paradas de bus; parking de fácil acceso. Es muy luminoso, pero también muy caluroso. Ideal para invierno. Como mejora, sugeriría un toldo en el balcón, o almohadas más confortables. Federico y Marcos se mostraron serviciales en todo momento. Recomendable 100%.

Nos ha encantado el apartamento!! Excelente calidad relación precio. Muy bien equipado y todo nuevo. La terraza está genial, con unas vistas al puerto perfectas.

Our stay in the apartment was wonderful. The location of the apartment is perfect, lots of shops and restaurants within a walking distance and the beach just a 2 minutes walk nearby. The apartment itself is very comfortable and fully equipped with all necessary devices and utilities. Free parking at 100 meters from the apartment is an extra facility. Although the apartment is located in a very busy street with a busstop in front of the building, with closed windows the noise of the traffic is almost 0. Marcos is a perfect host, the communication with him is excellent, he responds immediately on messages. The only issue is a missing airco, with hot weather the bedrooms are rather warm.

The apartment was clean, modern and spacious. It was nice to sit on the balcony and enjoy the harbor view. There were many restaurants, cafes and shops nearby the apartment. And the beach was very close which was really nice. It was very easy to check in because I got very good instructions with pictures. The host answered rapidly and helped me when I had questions.

Skvěle ubytování ☺Velmi čisté, plně vybavené včetně kávovaru, french presu, trouby s plechem, myčky, slunečníky, lopatky, toaletní potřeby….Funkční klimatizace, jednoduše dostupný vstup/ klíče. Byt v novostavbě, cca 100 m od pláže, plně zařízené parkování v parkovacím domě. Design bytu moc pěkný, pěkný balkon s posezením. Zkrátka skvělé. ☹Nemám výhrady

Sehr schöne Wohnung! ☺Die Lage ist sehr gut! Man kann die einfahrenden Schiffe in den Hafen beobachten. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, viele Läden/Restaurants in Fußnähe. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist überdurchschnittlich gut: es ist mehr vorhanden, als wir erwartet hätten. Lediglich das Waschmittel fehlte. Der kostenlose Parkplatz war mehr als praktisch! ☹In der Küche liefen die ganze Zeit kleine, weiße/gelbe Insekten über die Arbeitsfläche. In unserer zweiten Wohnung im Süden der Insel haben wir gerade das gleiche Problem. Wir lassen einfach keine offenen Lebensmittel liegen. Marcos war bemüht und hätte es sich angeschaut, da wir aber nur vier Tage da waren, haben wir gesagt, er soll bis zur Abreise warten.

Muy completo y bien ubicado ☺La ubicación excepcional, que incluía parking y lo bien equipado que estaba. ☹Una de las camas es muy estrecha, muy dificil para dormir dos personas.

Most enjoyable, while we had no issues the apartment manager was a simple call away to assist if required. ☺Clean and most comfortable - Within 3 minutes from beach & board walk - assortment or restaurants and high-standard shopping ☹There was absolutely nothing to complain about
